Living in a really crappy part of town for a few moreweeks months.
Alex: multiple-decade friend, basically a chump who's waiting to die.
Blake: a friend who's been around for a while. Aging hippie, former junkie (smoking, not shooting). Now very happily married.
Charlie: another friend, met through Alex. He and Alex went to high school together, while I went to a different one.
Donna: an infrequent booty call, really submissive. Apparently engaged now.
Erica: a female goon I used to work with. Not only unattractive, but devoid of anything resembling class. Really had the hots for me. *vomits*
Fran: A very pretty, very fun, rather smart girl I used to work with. Thought she was interested. Wasn't. Or was, but I blew it. I dunno.
Gail: a waitress at Old Bar, now moved. Definitely a tease, but I think I could have fucked her if I'd tried harder. Or really tried.

Norman: a bartender at Oldbar I've known for a while. A good social candidate, until he hits that particular number of drinks. I need to figure out which one it is.
Bar the First/Bar Primus: my primary hangout these days. A pool hall in downtown.
Bar the Second: Backup hangout. Around the corner from Primus.
Oldbar: a former primary hangout, it's in the same building as my gym and is owned by some friends who worked at the first bar I ever hung out at. I don't go there as much since Gail moved, as the remaining people are mostly unfriendly or uninteresting.
Longnarrow Bar: a place I rediscovered on New Year's Eve.
